My Mission
Empower & Heal
My goal is to help balance all the different aspects of the person so that the entire person is addressed not just the symptom.
I will work with my clients as a whole,
in terms of their mind, spirit and body to encourage the development of awareness of these areas and to enable them to heal themselves.
My Holistic Services
I work in and around the Lichfield area in South Staffordshire. All treatments work on the whole person and treat a variety of symptoms / conditions. All work well alongside traditional medical treatments and there are few contraindications. More information can be found on the 'who benefits from holistic therapy' page.
Treatments are given in a relaxed home setting.
For a small group of people I can come to you which works really well for mums with young children. Home visits are also available for those who are unable to easily travel.
Corporate wellbeing can also be arranged. (Please contact for information)
Who are the treatments suitable for?
Anyone can benefit from holistic therapy.
If pregnant, it is advisable to wait until the end of the first trimester (12 weeks) for most treatments. However,reiki is suitable for all stages of pregnancy - see reiki mama
All treatments are safe for children and can be adapted to suit the individual (children should be accompanied by a parent)

Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese technique for
balancing energy, reducing stress and inducing relaxation. It promotes healing of both mental and physical issues. The treatment provides a wonderful sense of calm and peace. Reiki also works in conjunction with all other medical or
therapeutic techniques to relieve side
effects and promote recovery.
There are no known contra-indications for Reiki. Reiki can also be delivered in conjunction with other holistic therapies.


Reiki mama
The Reiki Mama® method consists of specialised techniques used with traditional Usui Reiki Healing to treat both the mother and her unborn baby.
It is a safe and very relaxing treatment for mum and baby to receive, helping to alleviate stress for mum and baby and even enabling a more relaxing birthing experience. Safe for any stage of pregnancy

Reflexology
An incredibly relaxing treatment for body and soul. The feet are a map for the whole body so reflexology benefits the whole person, targeting both the physical body and the mental and emotional factors that are affecting your wellbeing.
It is also a wonderful treatment for those who are pregnant (after the first trimester).

Indian head massage
A relaxing holistic treatment that uses acupressure massage on the head, face, neck and shoulders. It aims to rebalance your body's energies.
It can be beneficial for relieving aches, pains and tension and stimulates the flow of blood, lymph and oxygen in your upper body.
It is safe in pregnancy after the first trimester and an ideal treatment as it can be given gently and can be received while seated.


Thermo Auricular Therapy
(ear candles / hopi ear candles)
Relaxing and rejuvenating. A gentle and soothing therapy that inducing a wonderful level of relaxation but can be helpful for sinusitis, tinnitus, hay fever, catarrh, headaches, ear pressure due to flying, vertigo, irritability and stress. It may help to loosen excessive ear wax. The treatment includes an ear, head and facial massage.
Holistic Facial
Using gentle organic products this
treatment includes a relaxing facial with cleanse, tone, moisturize and a face mask suited to your skin type followed by a relaxing facial massage using acupressure. Includes a choice of, aromatherapy neck and shoulder massage, arm and hand massage, lower leg and foot massage or reiki.


Meditation and mindfulness
A practice that brings about calmness peace and relaxation, achieved through focusing the mind and the breath. It can be done on a one to one basis or in a group. Suitable for children and adults.
Meditation and mindfulness practice is perfect for reducing stress and anxiety, calming a busy mind, reducing pain, lowering blood pressure, increasing blood flow to the brain, encouraging deep relaxation, peace, improved sleep, and balancing emotions
